Tribe Coffee is expanding in
San Diegos North County and were on the lookout for energetic, community-oriented individuals to join our crew.
Were not your average coffee shop.
Tribe Coffee is a mobile caf experience , serving premium, locally roasted coffee on the move from
beaches to festivals, sporting events to private parties all from our custom-designed coffee wagons.

Brew Crew Road Reps outgoing, self-motivated individuals who thrive in active, social environments and love starting their days with purpose and movement. If you're someone whos physically active, involved in your local community, and loves creating positive vibes, wed love to hear from you.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Drive and operate our mobile coffee vehicles at community events, parks, beaches, and pop-up spots around San Diego.
- Engage and educate customers about Tribe Coffees story, mission, and menu.
- Serve high-quality drinks using our fully automated machines.
- Work solo or with teammates to set up, stock, and clean your station.
- Promote the Tribe vibe on social media and in real life.
- Be the face of Tribe Coffee friendly, approachable, and active in your surroundings.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Youre physically fit and able to stand, lift, bend, and move easily throughout the day.
- You live an active lifestyle and enjoy being outdoors rain or shine.
- Youre connected to your local scene beaches, gyms, running clubs, wellness events, surf meets, or music communities.
- Youre a morning person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Youre independent, adaptable, and confident operating independently.
- Youre a people-person who thrives in social environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid California drivers license and clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays .
- Prior hospitality or retail experience is a plus but well train the right candidate.
