Job Description

A company is looking for an Adjuster, Claims (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Researches claims tracers, adjustments, and resubmissions
  • Adjudicates or readjudicates claims in a timely manner
  • Supports claims department initiatives to improve overall claims function efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clerical role in a claims and/or customer service setting
  • Data entry and research skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
