Reporting to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing @ KCP, The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and coordinating unified marketing campaigns and activations across all touchpoints and consumer mediums, to help create a full funnel brand marketing strategy. This role will help to execute digital, platform advertising and media, and strategic partner strategies across the partner portfolio (both domestically and internationally) in order to support the ultimate integrated marketing objective of maximizing ROI on campaigns to ultimately create cohesion and drive brand, channel, and partner growth. This role will work as a liaise between the brand and partners, as well as any applicable agencies. The ideal candidate is a proactive contributor, is highly detail oriented and organized and values attention to detail and is a strong collaborator. This position interfaces internally with the following departments: Merchandising and DTC, Strategic Partnerships (Domestic and International), Creative Services and Social Media, PR Communications and Social Impact.


Report to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing and collaboratively work cross-functionally with internal and external partners and/or agencies to support brand, digital, and strategic partner needs as well as help to drive brand enhancing marketing initiatives. Support and execute end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms and consumer touchpoints including but not limited to social, digital, media and marketplace. Ensuring consistency and cohesion. Liaise between brand and licensed strategic partners, being the main communication link for any and all marketing campaign requests. Initiate briefs to the internal brand team for any strategic partner requests that support both ongoing and/or specific seasonal initiatives the partners have, or new launch opportunities. Coordinate and support strategies for both brand and performance enhancements on various key retailer marketplaces, in collaboration with strategic partners, the KCP strategic partnerships team, and external retailer media networks, to ultimately drive brand and product awareness and channel growth. Coordinate a monthly progress report/newsletter to our strategic partners, as well as internal stakeholders, to share noteworthy brand and business updates. Ensure transparency to strategic partners on a seasonal basis for where the brand will support their business across a variety of activations. Support and integrate into the go-to-market process to ensure any components of strategic partner marketing support are initiated early, and are part of the overall seasonal brand strategy. Initiate briefs to the internal brand team for any and all performance marketing needs that support owned and operated digital channel needs including but not limited to Search, Social, Affiliates, and CRM. Traffic all briefs and deliverables end to end. Help to develop and execute all 360 brand go-to-market marketing and media activities from initial brief to execution. Share learnings across organization to inform future initiatives, optimize campaigns, and creative best practices. Support all day-to-day functions of the Integrated Marketing team and other Marketing group functions. Monitor/organize meetings and calendars for a variety of marketing and go-to-market milestones. Conduct ongoing market research and competitive assessments to help evaluate opportunities.


Strong project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple partners and initiatives in a complex environment. Understanding of a full funnel marketing approach and associated tactics. Ability to define measurement objectives and analyze performance results of marketing campaigns to help inform future planning. Experience in digital marketing, platform marketing, and advertising and media approaches. Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to market towards it. Go-getter, self-starter mentality while working well in a team environment. Clear communicator with attention to detail. Ability to be flexible, with effective problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, respectful demeanor. Strong commitment to quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to effectively work cross-functionally.


Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing role. Education Requirements: College degree required in Marketing, digital/ecommerce, communications or other related field. Computer equipment and level of software requirements: Computer skills: Microsoft and/ Mac Office applications, including PowerPoint, Keynote.
