Job Description

TRC Talent is looking for a Bookkeeper for our client in the Acworth/Dallas area

Job Details:

Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Temp to Hire

$18/hr + (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
Accurately record financial transactions, including income and expenses.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Document transaction details and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Prepare and generate financial reports.

Process payments and manage daily banking activities.

Reconcile financial records to third-party statements, such as bank records.

Maintain subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying, and allocating transactions.

Job Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in bookkeeping within an office setting.

Software Proficiency: QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher.

Customer Service: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
