**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Bilingual Outreach Health Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and another language, with a passion for promoting health education in diverse communities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to educate the community on various health topics.

**Qualifications:**
-High School diploma, equivalency, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health promotion and education principles.
- Previous experience in community outreach; migrant farm workers is preferred.
- Community Health Worker Certification is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop culturally sensitive health education programs for diverse populations.
- Conduct outreach activities to promote health education and awareness.
- Coordinate with community organizations to facilitate health education initiatives.
- Deliver presentations and workshops on various health topics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of outreach activities.
