Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Computer savvy with a light touch on Microsoft Office
  • Social Media enthusiast who can handle uploads like a pro
  • Willingness to learn and master precise evaluation of automobiles, including the reconditioning process, inventory control and marketing
  • Communicates with incoming customer's.
  • Appraises vehicles that come into the store.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all Auto trader leads.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all Kelly Blue Book CASH offer leads.
  • Responsible for updating CRM tool with all current prospect.
  • Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
  • Utilizes dealership follow-up system.
  • Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Attends sales training courses as requested by manager.
  • Maintains a prospect development system.
  • Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
  • Maintains professional appearance.

Salary:
$50,000 – 90,000.00 inclusive of commission and bonuses.
