They help to drive strategy for the categories they are managing.* Build an on-trend Omni assortment with channel-specific strategies in mind* Initiate market/competitor analysis and always be on top of industry trends* Communicate changes to all cross-functional partners - planning, production, design and wholesale* Participate in store visits* Prepare and analyze Omni selling recaps to drive your business. Make recommendations on how to optimize current sales and affect future plans* Partner with planning in pre-season to plan and buy your department based on comprehensive analysis of the business last year results, current business, etc* Participate in inventory management and control with planning and distribution teams* Participate with pricing and profit strategies make promotional and markdown suggestions to drive profitable gross margin results* Review new receipts against business trend to maximize sales and stock* Proficient in Excel#LI-ED1We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
