Our private, members-only fine dining Club in the heart of Clayton seeks team-oriented Assistant Pastry Chef. We have created something special, a better place to work and grow. The Saint Louis Club is a private dining club located in Clayton. Helmed by executive Chef Mathieu Lefevbre, we offer the chance to prove yourself at a premier dining establishment right here in the region.
This position will be located inside the Centene Building in Clayton MO.
We are looking to fill the following positions:
FULL/PART TIME Pastry Assistant
BANQUET Pastry Assistant

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
· One year kitchen experience
· Knowledge of food safety
· Strong knife skills
· Can take constructive criticism
· Can work weekends and holidays
