Work Summary:

Bank receipts and payments, verification and payment of accounts payable invoices, tracking, assisting the finance manager in tracking and coordinating internal accounting processing.

Job Description:

• Organize the original payment documents: verify whether the supporting attachments are complete, invoices are compliant, etc., and submit the payment application after being signed by general manager;
• Verification of payable invoices: Verify whether the PO, signed invoices, receipt/delivery notes, and purchase requisition information are consistent (supplier name, nature of purchased materials/equipment, unit price, etc.), and submit all unpaid invoices before the end of invoiced month;
• Prepaid invoice record: Invoices that have not been received in the system but have been prepaid according to payment terms should be recorded in a timely manner, followed by monthly tracking. After confirming receipt of the goods, invoices should be submitted and the system's prepaid accounts should be cleared at the same time;
• Verify invoicing information and issue invoices: Based on actual shipment records, sales orders, and Tesla system verification, upload sales invoices according to the template; Download the invoice list at the end of each month and organize the sales invoices issued the whole month; make accounting records in SAP system;
• Predict funds and submit cash flow forecast report;
• Communicate with cooperating banks, handle banking transactions, and reconcile bank statements;
• Other tasks assigned by finance manager.

Requirements:

• Accounting firm or industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Expected salary of $37,000 - $55,000, based on experience, plus bonus, group health, dental and pension benefits and so on.
• Candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States. Applicants with OPT (Optional Practical Training) or H1B visa status are also welcome to apply.
• Mandarin speaking is a bonus
