Job Description:

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our finance department by accurately processing and recording transactions, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining organized financial records.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in processing accounts payable transactions.
- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Ensure accurate coding and entry of invoices into the accounting system.
- Prepare and process payments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with various accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- No previous accounting experience required, but preference will be given to candidates with some exposure to accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and data entry skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
