The Role:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. In this role, you'll be supporting the team with a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to assisting with customer service and product management. This is a hybrid remote role, combining work-from-home flexibility with in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Supply Chain and Product Teams with data entry and other administrative tasks
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Support product inspection and quality control processes
Organize computer folders, files, and documents
Provide general administrative support to team members
Assist with the coordination of team events and activities
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in an administrative or data entry role
Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 75,000.00 Per Year
