Job Responsibilities The Federal Work-Study Program provides jobs for undergraduate and graduate students demonstrating financial need. Work-Study jobs at Northeastern Technical College allow a student to work on campus part-time. Eligible students may work an average of 8 to 20 hours per week.
The Office of Student Financial Assistance's staff does not select Work-Study students for other areas of employment. The supervisor, of a set position, will review applications and may select two or three people to interview. After interviewing each applicant selected, the supervisor will select a replacement and the Office of Financial Assistance will do the paperwork so that the student can begin work.
