Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to multiple supervisors in our healthcare setting
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and experience in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls, receive and assist visitors
• Manage documentation through typing, filing, and faxing
• Conduct internet research as needed
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and manage calendars
• Provide general administrative support to supervisors

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of business experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of third-party/government program billing requirements, patient billing procedures, insurance benefits, and government program authorization/documentation
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
• Previous HR department experience and scheduling expertise are advantageous

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
