Job Overview: Feil, Inc is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Wood Sales Associate to join our Fort Myers showroom team. In this full-time role, you'll represent a brand known for high-end craftsmanship in hardwood flooring, stairs, and doors. Your primary mission will be to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver custom wood solutions with expert guidance and exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to grow in a respected, high-end residential construction environment.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: - Execute the sales strategy by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing leads
- Present product solutions tailored to each client's design and construction needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors
- Manage the entire sales process from consultation to close, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and follow-ups
- Communicate product issues, support needs, or customer concerns to internal departments
- Stay up to date on product offerings, construction applications, and industry trends
- Represent Feil, Inc. with professionalism, integrity, and in line with our brand values
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of sales experience in construction, flooring, or related industry
- Experience working with builders or construction contractors preferred
- Familiarity with residential construction and wood product applications
- Proven sales success with a strong ability to close deals
- Basic negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to customer satisfaction
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Positive team player with a passion for high-end design and craftsmanship
