Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable Wine Cellar and Accessories Sales Consultant to help launch and operate our new retail store in Naples, FL independently. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing business, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

This position requires a unique blend of sales expertise, customer service, and hands-on store operations. The consultant will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for all aspects of the sales and fulfillment process as well as maintaining daily store operations.

• Welcome customers into Rosehills showroom and walk them through Rosehills offerings.
• Respond to telephone and web requests for information and walk them through the process to purchase Rosehills products and services.
• Provide expert advice on wine cellars, storage systems, and accessories.
• Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up with clients.
• Processing orders and fulfillment using Rosehills platforms.
• Open and close the store, handle transactions, and maintain showroom displays.
• Manage inventory, restocking, and coordinate with suppliers and installers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle inventory management, restocking, and supplier coordination.
• Support the successful launch and ongoing operations of the retail store

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience (luxury goods, design, or wine-related preferred).
• A strong technical background is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for store operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of wine cellar design, racking, and accessories (or willingness to learn).
