What We Are Looking For:

Certified Tutors: We are seeking Wilson or Orton Gillingham certified educators to work with students online.
Qualified & Caring Tutors: Dynamic, patient, compassionate, and responsible individuals who are committed to student success.
Year-Round Availability: Availability to provide tutoring throughout the year.
Experienced Educators: 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.
Dedicated Teachers: Ability to work with students with varying learning needs and help them achieve their potential.
Team-Oriented Professionals: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Motivated & Inspiring: Energetic tutors who love teaching and motivating students.
Commitment to Excellence: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the best educational experience for students.

Job Requirements:

Wilson Reading or Orton Gillingham Certification
Availability to tutor a minimum of 4-6 hours per week
Up-to-date background clearances (FBI, Police Record, and Child Abuse, obtained within the current year)
Mandated Reporter Certification
TB test results (recent)
Completion of Act 24 and Act 168 forms (PA)
2-3 professional references
