Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, reporting to the General Manager, to lead our team in operational excellence and deliver unsurpassed service to our clients. We want someone who is capable of leading while working alongside our existing team to ensure quality work. This is a demanding position requiring someone who is smart, ambitious, and fully capable of being an effective leader. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team who is primarily responsible for handling all daily activities including: warehouse operations, receiving and shipping freight, receiving and vaulting household goods, managing the

inventory and storage, general safety, and other responsibilities assigned. This is a day shift role with an occasional late night or weekend work as necessary. Whining and complaining are not permitted.

You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of warehouse personnel. We want someone who can bring out the best in others and developing a culture of winning and high performance. We are winners who want to associate with other winners. Prior experience with household goods storage and/or hotel FF&E projects is

a plus!

General Responsibilities :

• Security and Safety Procedure Adherence
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures
• Hire and Train Warehouse Staff – Provide Mentorship and Development
• Maintain Order and Cleanliness
• Effective Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Maintain Accurate Asset Information in Warehouse Management System

Compensation :

We offer a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 based on the candidate’s expertise and experience. We offer medical, dental and vision plan insurance. A 401K plan is available. We also offer PTO.
