Summary: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipment deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. The Shipping Coordinator will work directly with the product teams, drivers, and sales representatives. Compensation: Job will be posted based on the pay range entered in the requisition system.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, and alternating Saturdays from 9am-1pm.

Compensation: This is a non-exempt, hourly role. Hourly rates start at $22, plus Over Time (paid at 1.5x), plus Bonuses. Annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $40,520 and $64,000 or more, depending on experience, overtime hours worked and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:

• Schedules and coordinates deliveries with drivers and sales people.
• Work with product team to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintains a high level of efficiency in the movement of trucks.
• Performs clerical duties as needed.
• Respond to other departments inquiries.
• Control the warehouse activities including will calls, container unloading activities and transfers.
• Enforce MSI's safety policies in warehouse.
• Performs additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have 1 or more years of warehouse experience. .
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively..
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible to work on Saturdays.
