The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within the warehouse. This role involves managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Organize and store products in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
  • Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.

• Order Fulfillment:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Process returns and exchanges as needed, ensuring proper documentation and restocking.

• Warehouse Operations:

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are handled with care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and best practices.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
  • Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near misses to the supervisor immediately.
