Immediate hire Waiter/Food Servers

We are an upscale Restaurant located in Queens, NY, looking for competent Restaurant Food Servers for immediate hire, to take orders greet our guests maintains and enhances the quality of our customer service. The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing customers with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Greet and engage customers upon entrance
• Knowledge of POS System a plus
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
• Customer-oriented approach and patience with speed and accuracy
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Hands on experience in cashier duties. Responsible and trustworthy
• Pays close attention to cleanliness and safety issues
• High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus;

Work Hours: Open 7 days Flexible schedule

Job Type: Part-time and Full-time available

• POS: 1-2 year
