Job Description :

• Extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting VMware ESXi hosts, Experience with Aria Operations, and with vRLI and vCenter environments. Knowledge of SAN, NFS, and vSAN technologies , Proficiency in handling complex issues through the command line is essential.
• Conducts routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• In-depth experience with enterprise-class virtualization technologies Vmware vSphere and or KVM, Hyper-V
• Upgrades and Migration: Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute VMware upgrades and migrations. Demonstrating a deep understanding of the upgrade process, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition to newer versions of VMware technologies.
• Cluster Management: Manage and maintain the clusters in including external vCenters. Demonstrate proficiency in breaking out clusters, reconfiguring and re-clustering resources, and maintaining high availability and resilience.
• Having extensive experience in managing Cisco UCS B-series blades with UCS manager and Cisco intersight.
• Provides support and consultation to remote locations or clients in order to identify requirements and configuration resources
• Red Hat OpenShift / Hyper-V virtualization would be added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary
• Certification(s) Required - VMware Certified professional
