About Us:
Join a dynamic team at a leading multi-family real estate development company based in Southern California. We're committed to excellence in property management and are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support our owner in ensuring smooth operations and efficient administrative processes.

Location: Remote (work-from-home)

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our owner, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing property management tasks.
- Track deadlines, budgets, accounting, and ongoing maintenance and repairs for our property portfolios.
- Coordinate effectively with team members, third-party property managers, lenders, partners/investors, retail tenants, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize strong math and accounting skills, including managing, monitoring, and modifying Excel spreadsheets for budgeting, cost controls, and reporting.
- Assist in overseeing construction projects, property care, and tenant improvements, including soliciting bids and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a remote setting, for at least 2 years.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment.
- Proficiency in email communication (e.g., Outlook or Gmail), video conferencing tools (Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate portfolio property management; construction and affordable housing experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $6.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
