We are currently seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to provide support in various areas including email management, Woocommerce/Wordpress website management, GoHighLevel, booking appointments from incoming phone calls, managing multiple businesses, graphic design, social media management, and QuickBooks online.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email correspondence
- Maintain and update Woocommerce/Wordpress websites
- Utilize GoHighLevel for client management and communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with the management of multiple businesses
- Create and design graphics for various projects
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Handle financial tasks using QuickBooks online
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Woocommerce/Wordpress, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks online, and graphic design software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with social media management is a plus
- Fluent and easy-to-understand English language skills
