The Eudora School District Virtual Education Program seeks a qualified, self-motivated individual to serve as the Virtual Enrollment Assistant. This hybrid position enables the successful candidate to work both on-site and remotely. The Virtual School Enrollment Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of a virtual school environment by managing student records, facilitating communication with students and their families, and overseeing the registration process for required courses. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure students are appropriately enrolled and supported throughout their academic journey in the virtual setting. Candidates should meet the following requirements: A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in student enrollment management or academic advising, preferably in a virtual school or online learning environment. Proficiency in using educational technology platforms and databases for record-keeping and communication purposes. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues in a virtual setting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Draft Understanding of educational policies and regulations governing student enrollment and academic requirements. Knowledge of LMS systems (PowerSchool or similar) Knowledge of KSDE graduation, enrollment, and audit requirements. Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom, Meets, etc. Knowledge of virtual conferencing platforms and resources (Zoom, Google Meet, Class, WebEx, etc).
