We are a **U.S.-based company** hiring a **full-time Virtual Assistant** to join our internal team directly (this is **not through an agency or recruiter**). This is a long-term position with consistent, ongoing work.
### **About the Role:**
You’ll play a vital role in managing customer relationships, supporting sales, and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
### ️ **Key Responsibilities:**
* **CRM & Database Management**
* Maintain and update customer data in Excel and GoHighLevel CRM
* Track leads and sales follow-ups
* **Market Research & Lead Generation**
* Research potential leads and advertising opportunities
* Assist in follow-up and lead conversion
* **Customer Support & Communication**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Answer inbound calls and provide accurate service/product information
* Support negotiation and close deals when appropriate
* **Sales Support & Listings**
* Help customers with product listings on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc.
* Provide support with pricing and offer creation
* **Administrative & Leasing Support**
* Assist with approval process for Lease-to-Own programs
* Perform daily operational and administrative tasks
### **Requirements:**
* Available online during scheduled working hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Saturday)
* Comfortable on Zoom (video calls may be displayed on our in-office TV)
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
* Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
* Prior experience in sales, customer service, or virtual assistance is a plus
* Familiarity with device buyback and leasing processes is helpful

* **Rate:** $5 USD/hour
* **Schedule:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday
