The MVP Consulting Group, founded in 2015, is a full-scale healthcare organization development firm based in Los Angeles, California. Our mission is to improve the current state of healthcare while helping our clients become the best versions of themselves. We assist in the growth of health systems nationwide, specializing in performance improvement, risk management, turnaround management, California Department of Health Services State Licensing, and Joint Commission Accreditation. This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, handling emails, and supporting various projects. Other duties include data entry, organizing files, conducting research, and maintaining communication with clients and team members.

• Administrative skills, including scheduling appointments, handling emails, and data entry
• Excellent organizational skills, file management, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in conducting research and gathering information
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Experience with healthcare or related industries is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent applications
