Position Title: Virtual Assistant
Working Hours: 8AM -5PM MST
Compensation: $1,000- $1,500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Operations Team. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, with experience in advising and assisting a team. There will also be Customer Service responsibilities within this role. You will be speaking with residents and scheduling appointments. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Email Management:

• Monitor and manage the Operations Team email inbox, prioritize messages, and respond to routine inquiries.
• Draft, proofread, and send emails on behalf of the Operations Team .

Calendar Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Operations Team .
• Ensure the Operations Team calendar is up-to-date and conflicts are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

• 1+ Years of Experience with Gmail and MS Office
• 1+ Years of Experience using Buildium 
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• 1+ Years of Experience in a Customer Service role

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
