Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm US Central time
Pay Range : USD 1,200 - 1,500 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Review task lists shared daily on Slack; request clarifications via quick huddles (Slack or Teams)
Manage and edit internal contracts, prepare documents in DocuSign, and ensure accurate version control
Draft weekly internal update reports using Fireflies/Fathom call notes as reference
Organize digital files, templates, and process documentation (SOPs)
Support Jira/Confluence data entry and internal project tracking
Use Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and coordination
Assist in organizing internal knowledge base as processes evolve

Requirements:
Excellent written English and internal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to self-manage
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Slack
Familiarity with DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, and ChatGPT
Understanding of tech lingo (Scrum, software engineering, project management basics)
Ability to work aligned with Texas/Central U.S. time
Organized, proactive, and comfortable asking for help when needed
Willingness to build structure around early-stage processes
