Job Description: As a  Virtual Administrative Assistant/Customer Service , you will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support to various departments within our travel company. Your role will involve handling a variety of tasks related to office management, customer service, and travel coordination, contributing to the efficient operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination:
  • Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Liaise with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure reservations and manage bookings effectively.
  • Provide clients with travel-related information, including visa requirements, travel restrictions, and destination recommendations.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry to maintain organized records and documentation.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Assist in maintaining client databases and contact lists, updating information as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients.
Assistance with Special Projects:
  • Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, or marketing campaigns as directed.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives, offering administrative assistance and logistical support as required.
