A fast-growing distributor company is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations across the North American region. This position is based out of the Bethlehem, PA, corporate office.

About the Role

The Senior Director of Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, optimizing cost and inventory, and driving service excellence across a diverse and purpose-led portfolio. The successful candidate will bring strategic thinking, work closely with vendor partners, commercial teams, and national functions to enable scalable growth. This leader has the responsibility for delivering exceptional supply chain performance across all direct and indirect categories, and wins the confidence of vendors to select the company as their primary distributor in all territories.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain operations for the North American region, including demand/supply planning, category, and inventory management
• Own and drive the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between supply and commercial teams
• Optimize performance across distribution, warehousing
• Manage third-party suppliers and manufacturing partners for service, quality, and compliance
• Support new product introductions and market expansions
• Collaborate with global teams on digital supply chain initiatives and system improvements
• Lead and develop a lean, high-performing supply chain team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership roles within CPG, Consumable dated products
• Must have distribution center experience
• Willing to relocate or live in the Lehigh Valley

Required Skills

• Proven success managing procurement, inventory planning, and delivering improvements in fill rate, productivity, cost savings/avoidance, and driving revenue growth
• Strong working knowledge of ERP and planning systems
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, supplier management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in distribution within Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Distribution, overseeing multiple remote distributions.
