Job Description: UI/UX Designer A successful UI/UX designer designs best in class UI applications used by large enterprise clients.
They will play a key role in understanding the user needs, define user flows, create wireframes and porotypes, iterate on designs based on user feedback
What you will do: - Work With Product teams to understand requirements and design front end applications
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, and process flows
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of designs with real users
What you will need to have: - Proven work experience and knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision, MIRO, FIGMA, Avacode)
- 3 + years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Proven work experience as a
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
What would be great to have: - Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Basic coding skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript..
