We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to work with a multi-disciplinary team including but not limited to Human Factors Engineers, Software Developers, Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, Cyber Security experts, customers, and others to produce exceptional user interfaces for a variety of projects and products.
Essential Job Functions:
In this role, you will be responsible for successful contract execution, maintaining excellent customer relationships, successful contract execution, recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities to improve our deliverables for our customers, and delivering product excellence.
You could be asked to:
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Contribute to and produce work within a multi-disciplinary team.
Translate customer wants and needs into wireframes and prototypes, guide customers through product design and development.
Conduct usability studies on prototypes and revise design based on feedback from subject matter experts, users, and customers.
Work on various projects simultaneously.
Perform Project Management activities and status reporting activities to customers.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
At least a bachelor’s degree in UI/UX, Graphic Design, or other relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a technical role. Team management experience is considered a plus.

Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to travel, as needed.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (namely XD, Photoshop), InVision, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Axure.
Experience working with military or government contracts.
Expertise in human-machine teams; human-machine interface design; integration of natural language processing; autonomy; modeling, simulation and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer support, with the ability to grow current contracts, write or contribute to new proposals a plus.
Team management experience.
Ability to formulate and execute strategies to grow new business.
