A bit about us:

We are conducting a search for an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join a prestigious Philadelphia law firm with an expanding Trusts & Estates practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in trusts and estates law and a demonstrated history of managing Pennsylvania and New Jersey estate administrations.

Interested candidates should have experience with the following:

• Handling Pennsylvania and New Jersey state administrations from start to finish
• Completing probate filings
• Identifying and collecting assets and debts
• Preparing and filing federal and state death tax returns
• Preparing fiduciary income tax returns
• Keeping track of estate deadlines and ensuring efficient administration of estates
• Preparing correspondence to clients, investment advisors, and other professionals
• Handling Surrogate Court Filings
• Notarizing (notary license preferred but not required)

We are seeking candidates with exceptional organization, writing, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. The incoming paralegal will join a collaborative environment and serve as a key member of a robust and growing trust and estates administration team.
