LanceSoft is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel job in Springfield, Missouri.

Position: Radiation Therapist
Specialty: Radiology
Openings: 1
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (schedule may vary based on patient load)
Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

Weekend Work: None
On-Call Requirements: None

Required Certifications:

• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ARRT
• RRA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience in a hospital setting
• Experience with Elekta equipment preferred but not required (training available)

Unit Details:

• Patient Volume: Approximately 65-70 patients treated daily
• Equipment Used: Elekta Versa, Varian HDR, CyberKnife, and a new Radixact system to be installed by August 2024
• Electronic Medical Records: Mosaiq and EPIC

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in LINAC treatment including patient setup and imaging
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment

Dress Code:

• Scrubs: Black only
• Colored scrubs are not permitted
