Job Description The Capture Company is seeking a passionate and skilled Traveling Photographer & Project Manager to lead photography at client events while overseeing project coordination and client communications. This role is crucial for capturing compelling visual stories, ensuring seamless project execution, and nurturing strong client relationships. The position entails frequent national travel and occasional international assignments based on client needs.
The successful candidate must adeptly manage multiple shoots and projects concurrently, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Strong project management skills are essential, including familiarity with CRM systems to track client interactions.
Successful candidates will have the following: - Strong photography skills with experience in live events and portrait photography.
- Proven experience in project management, client relations, and customer service.
- Technical proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Lightroom, and AI editing software (e.g., AfterShoot).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, including occasional international assignments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and online file management systems.
What you would be doing at Unbridled: - Travel to various locations to capture live events, corporate headshots, branding sessions, and other client projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination to maintain high-quality results.
- Manage accounts, including invoicing, client updates, and ongoing project communications.
- Edit and curate photos using software such as Capture One, Adobe Lightroom, and AI editing tools.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all photography assignments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align photography services with client needs and expectations.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and online file management systems to track project details and maintain organized records.
