ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Johnson City, Tennessee.

\nRegistered Nurse - PCU
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 36/36 or 36/48 schedule with rotating weekends
\n• No call requirements
\n• 16 hours of non-billable orientation beginning on Sundays
\n• Must have 2 years of nursing experience
\n• Accepts first-time travelers
\n• Required certifications: AHA BLS (AHA ACLS and NIH preferred)
\n• Telemetry experience preferred
\n• Must live 100+ miles from facility
\n• Experience Epic charting system
\n• Trauma Level I experience preferred
\n• Patient ratio 1:7 when floated to MS
\n• Care for adult patients in hybrid PCU/MedSurg department with 19 beds and daily census of 17
\n• Skills include telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, CVA care, feeding tube management, heparin administration, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, post-surgical care, wound care, and tracheostomy management
\n• Expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education
\n• Hospital may cancel one shift biweekly without penalty due to census changes
\n• Must complete drug test 12-14 days prior to start date
\n• Facial hair must be trimmed for fit testing per CDC guidelines
\n• Complete 4-5 hours of non-billable modules during orientation
