Job Details

• Skills: knowledgeable with Immunohistochemistry (cutting and staining) along with Cytology prep and process of body fluids
• Good embedding skills and microtomy
• Evening shift 6pm-2:30am Monday thru Friday.

Job Requirements

• 9 Panel completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days of start.
• All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS.
• Standard i9 completed by the agency.
• Trinity Health Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement.
• Attach copy of specialty exam must be completed within a year.
• Proof of vaccine Sept 2024 booster, declination or exemption(with agency letterhead).
• Attached scanned proof of 2 vaccinations with dates or primary source IgG titer with lab print-out.
• Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later.
• Flu dates: 10/1/2024-4/30/2025.
• Upload a current, non-expired TDAP vaccine.
• Provide documentation from an exam within the last year that candidate is fit to work.

Additional Details

• American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel. Attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
