Talent4Health is seeking a travel CVOR First Assist for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

M-F 0600-1730

On Call, Call Back Requirements
2 overnights/pay period, 1 weekend per month, 1 Holiday
Weekend Rotation
1 weekend per month on call
Holiday Requirements
1 Holiday per contract

Required Certifications:
•       Surgical Assist: BLS, Graduation from accredited school (required); CSFA (preferred)

 
•        Skills required
•       Strong CVOR background is needed across all specialties – ability to work independently with minimal guidance in the following cases: CABG, TAVR, Valve replacements, Thoracic cases are robotic (lobectomy, hernia repair), Generator exchanges, Lead extractions, Heart transplants, Fem-Pop Bypass
