POSITION BRIEF: SRS Real Estate Partners has an opportunity in its Newport Beach office for a Transaction Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a real estate background and either have a real estate license or have already started the process to obtain one. The position will focus on account management support for the owner services team
This position will work with senior brokers to plan, target, negotiate, and manage accounts; conduct market research and manage databases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Manage client and tenant tracking databases
•Assist marketing and account team in the preparation of account materials
•Preparation of account reports and leasing updates
•Prepare deal documents including Letters of Intent (LOIs), AIR leases, leasing status reports, and client/prospect correspondence, with direction from brokers.
•Assist in the development of programs and materials which may include marketing packages, growing retailer clients, and business development pitches
•Updating Costar, LoopNet, comp sheets
•Responsible for answering incoming property sign calls/incoming leads, and building and maintaining tenant contact sheet
•Responsible for document file management through Dropbox and maintaining various property databases
•Spreadsheet Analyses on case-by-case basis
•General administrative support for team & local office.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS •Minimum 4-year degree
•1-2 years of real estate experience preferred
•
Required California Real Estate License or pending license approval •Desire to learn
•Detail-oriented and highly organized
•Working knowledge of retail properties/clientele
•Apply client parameters to find solutions
•Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
•Effective at multi-tasking and quickly prioritizing in a fast-paced and professional work environment
•High integrity and a strong work ethic
