Description Passionate about helping individuals develop professionally? Are you a seasoned leader with expereince navigating employee relations? Join our human resources team as Training Coordinator, full-time. You will develop, implement, and oversee Agency-wide training planning for the entirety of the employee life cycle. Additionally, you will provide leadership coaching for existing senior staff as well as supporting the career path of new leaders. You will accomplish this by: Developing and implementing an Agency-wide annual training curriculum in collaboration with the human resources team; Developing and implementing training focused on improving leadership skills, staff motivation, person-centered approaches, and diversity and inclusion; Working with program departments to identify and support unique training needs; Delivering customized training to both internal and external audiences; and Providing case-by-case support for leaders who are experiencing challenging staff or program situations. Westmoreland Community Action is a non-profit organization that works to connect individuals and families to opportunities and resources throughout the community to improve their quality of life and help to reduce poverty in the community. This is accomplished through housing, counseling, support, education, intervention, collaborations, partnerships, information, referrals, and networking. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field required, master's preferred. Minimum of five years of experience developing and/or providing regular training curriculum, preferably in a human services setting. Demonstrated experience providing leadership coaching. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels. Demonstrated experience navigating challenging and complex interpersonal dynamics. Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives. Must be able to provide or successfully obtain child abuse, state police, fingerprint-based criminal background, and sex offender registry clearances. Valid driver's license required and must carry $15,000/$30,000 bodily liability car insurance. Hourly rate depending on experience: $29.00 - $31.74. This position is non-exempt. Coordination - Perform tasks which require foot and/or hand/eye coordination - driving a car, typing data entry. Mobility - walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time, drive. Speech - Articulate with extreme accuracy - employee/client relations, phone contact. Vision - Read small print, drive a car. Hearing - Receive verbal instructions, answer phones, intercom, communicate with employees. Concentration - able to concentrate on fine detail with some interruption. Attention span - Able to attend to task function for more than 60 minutes. Conceptualization - Able to understand and relate to theories behind several related concepts. Memory - Able to remember multiple verbal and written task-assignments given at beginning of a period extending over long period of time. Environment Conditions - Indoor work.
