Join our human resources team as Training Coordinator, full-time. You will develop, implement, and oversee Agency-wide training planning for the entirety of the employee life cycle. Additionally, you will provide leadership coaching for existing senior staff as well as supporting the career path of new leaders. You will accomplish this by: Developing and implementing an Agency-wide annual training curriculum in collaboration with the human resources team; Developing and implementing training focused on improving leadership skills, staff motivation, person-centered approaches, and diversity and inclusion; Working with program departments to identify and support unique training needs; Delivering customized training to both internal and external audiences; and Providing case-by-case support for leaders who are experiencing challenging staff or program situations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field required, master's preferred. Minimum of five years of experience developing and/or providing regular training curriculum, preferably in a human services setting. Demonstrated experience providing leadership coaching. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels. Demonstrated experience navigating challenging and complex interpersonal dynamics. Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives. Must be able to provide or successfully obtain child abuse, state police, fingerprint-based criminal background, and sex offender registry clearances. Valid driver's license required and must carry $15,000/$30,000 bodily liability car insurance.
