Job Title: Training Coordinator
Reports to: Training Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Grade: NE14 ($17.00 - $22.00 per hour)
Supervisory Responsibility: No
SUMMARY:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for teller and platform training as well as assisting in other areas of the training department as needed. Candidates for this position must possess a good knowledge of all branch functions and a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor and/or Trustco Bank’s Board of Directors.

This is a full-time position. Office hours Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TRAVEL:
Travel using personal vehicle, occasional overnight travel. Valid driver’s license required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace ; bilingual skills a plus. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, including but not limited to company policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Coordinators and customers.
