Job Title: Thermal Spray Welder (2nd Shift) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Thermal Spray Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blasting, welding, and thermal spray processes. This role involves working in a metal fabrication shop and requires a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities - Perform masking, blasting, or blending operations.
- Apply thermal spray coating to parts.
- Set the parameters and pressure to operate the thermal spray equipment.
Essential Skills - High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in welding, painting, or thermal spray processes.
- Excellent math and mechanical skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in machining is a plus.

Work Environment This position operates on the 2nd shift from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with a shift differential of $1.50. Training will occur on the 1st shift for 60-90 days before transitioning to the 2nd shift. The work environment is non-climate-controlled and requires comfort in a manufacturing setting. You will be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, odors, and temperature variations. Moderate lifting of parts and materials ranging from 5 lbs to 75 lbs is occasionally required. The role necessitates a physical, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses, all of which are provided.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
