Start your journey as a Test Technician at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll be part of our Production team that conducts, test and data collections activities in support of the development of technologies, products, and processes, to meet cost, schedule and performance requirements of the customer. Our team is proud of their contributions, making high tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.



Are You Looking to

• Conducts tests of new components, assembles and systems based on test criteria. Maintains accurate records of test results and reports results to appropriate development and testing.
• Provides technical support for existing products to assist in the solution of design-related performance, production and field problems.
• Prepares prototypes of components assembles of either new or current product. Ensures that the prototypes meet established specifications.

Are You Ready to

• Setup, troubleshoot, perform maintenance and order replacement parts.
• Educate personnel in the proper setup procedures, including the use of correct tooling.
• Participate in AS9100, ISO, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification and solution verification.
• Prepare prototypes of components assembles product which meet established specifications.

What You'll Need

• Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Work experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
