Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Test Proctor to oversee the administration of exams at our testing center located in Houston, Texas. The Test Proctor will be responsible for ensuring a secure testing environment, adhering to testing protocols, and providing excellent customer service to examinees.
Key Responsibilities: - Check-in examinees and verify their identification prior to the start of the exam.
- Set up testing stations and distribute exam materials in accordance with testing procedures.
- Enforce testing rules and regulations to maintain exam integrity and security.
- Monitor examinees during the exam to prevent cheating or unauthorized behavior.
- Respond promptly to any issues or concerns raised by examinees during the testing session.
- Collect and securely store completed exam materials at the conclusion of the test.
- Maintain accurate records of exam sessions, including attendance and any incidents that occur.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and responding to inquiries from test-takers.
- Ensure that testing equipment and facilities are clean and in good working condition.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with computer-based testing software is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
