General Statement of Duties This position plays a key role in supporting the onboarding and orientation process by assisting with fingerprinting, taking photographs, and creating identification badges. The role also provides administrative support to help ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Additional related duties may be assigned as needed Essential Duties o Conduct fingerprinting and taking photographs for new and existing HCPS employees o Create, replace, and distribute employees ID badges using digital imaging systems o Collect and accurately enter data into the fingerprinting system o Operates and maintains equipment, including cameras, computers, and digital imaging systems. o Maintain accurate and up to date records related to fingerprinting and follow-up on any ID badge requests o Prepare routine reports and documentation concerning fingerprints o Communicate effectively with the HR team regarding any updates. o Ensure I-9 forms and background check information are complete and properly entered in the system in a timely manner. o Responsible for Orientation Cart supplies and ensures all forms are adequately supplied. o Performs related work as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Excellent knowledge of and familiarity with computers - experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred; must have the ability to learn and effectively use a variety of software packages; must also have the ability to keep accurate records and use good decision-making skills. This position operates in an environment with a high stress level, good crisis management skills are important along with good analytical skills and the ability to effectively evaluate situations and respond quickly. The ability to work as a team member to ensure the unit is meeting standards for data input, processing and retrieval. The incumbent must have excellent oral and written communication skills plus a proven track record in customer service skills, research skills and the ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision, along with the ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive material and information is required. Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and bring a positive attitude to work on a regular basis knowing that your contribution to the team matters. Graduation from high school and related work experience; OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities; previous HR experience is preferred. Additional Information $17.31 per hour. This is a temporary position. Cannot work more than 29 hours per week.
