Job Description

As a teller within PNC's retail branch organization based in Allendale, Michigan, you will deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. You will process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, and identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction to refer as appropriate. Responsibilities include performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources, applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems, and adhering to all policies and procedures while ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. PNC employees are expected to be customer focused, managing risk effectively, and contributing to an inclusive workplace culture. No degree or prior experience is required for this role.
