Technician, Smart HomeSystems will have broad responsibility to install home audio visual equipment.

Responsibilities - Service, install, and troubleshoot smart home, video, and audio systems in residential settings.
- Interact with customers to determine system programming requirements.
- Instruct customers on the safe and proper use of equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and solve for issues with audio/visual equipment and installation while insuring a positive experience for both our customers and employee teammates.
Minimum Requirements - One year of professional experience as a technician or helper working on-site in residential settings.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience mounting TVs and Speakers.
- Have a set of hand tools.
- Good driving record.
