Job Summary: The Technical Sales Specialist will build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. The Technical Sales Specialist is a sales professional that works exclusively with specialized products. Duties and Responsibilities Must have extensive knowledge of manufacturing and our products to explain to clients the benefits of our services. Utilize technical expertise to be a resource for customers, offering in-depth product knowledge and support. Build and maintain relationships with customers, both existing and new. A top priority is responding to customer calls or emails as soon as possible. Generate and manage leads, engage with customers through social media (LinkedIn/Sales Navigator). Work closely with Account Managers and Application Engineers to ensure successful execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, and other professional personnel. Solve problems, develop solutions and implement appropriate corrective measures for technical issues. A job is more than punching a clock. Stability, work-life balance, and growth are crucial.
