Come join the Technical Learning and Development team as a Sr. Curriculum Developer/Program Manager. We are a fun-loving group of L&D professionals focused on maximizing Product Development (PD) productivity and enabling Intuit’s transformation and growth by building critical technical skills across our PD community. We provide various learning opportunities, including instructor-led classes, e-learnings, workshops, and tech talks, supporting the growth of Intuit’s tech ecosystem, including engineers, product managers, and designers. This role involves collaboration with key stakeholders to identify educational needs and develop engaging technical training content that helps learners understand and utilize our platform capabilities and advance their careers. The expected base pay range for this position is: San Francisco, CA $126,000 - $170,000 San Diego, CA $114,500 - $155,000 This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans and programs. Responsibilities Understand and navigate varying goals, deliverables, timelines, and technologies used by our development teams. Gather critical information to recommend, develop, and implement technical curricula (e-learning courses, workshops) for engineers. Create self-serve content and experiment with bite-sized learning for quick adoption, in partnership with developer advocates. Instruct and/or deliver technical training content as needed. Lead, influence, and impact individuals at multiple organizational levels. Identify and evaluate new learning resources, content, and maintenance needs for sustainability. Manage learning roadmaps for various technologies. Think strategically in complex environments. Track and manage issues and risks proactively and transparently. Establish strong relationships internally and externally for successful outcomes. Build instructor-led materials including slides, guides, notes, and study aids. Collaborate with SMEs to provide demos, recorded lectures, and develop eLearning content. Leverage extensive knowledge of industry principles, adult learning theories, instructional design, and evaluation methods. Proficient in tools like Google Suite, MS Office, RISE, Articulate360, Camtasia, and Evolve. Utilize design thinking to understand customer needs and measure results (preferred). Manage complex group dynamics and adapt content and priorities accordingly. Drive effective communication across stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and decision-making. Develop methods to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze KPIs. Facilitate large group discussions and manage dialogue between leaders and participants. Experience with LMS systems is a plus. How You Will Lead Lead initiatives from assessment to execution to develop technical curricula aligned with strategic goals. Foster a mindset of customer-driven innovation and rapid iteration. Collaborate with vendors, leaders, SMEs, and teams to assess current landscape and provide growth opportunities. Assess and improve training materials and approaches to enhance learner experience and proficiency speed. Facilitate and coach in workshops and sessions. Prepare and train leaders for facilitation and coaching roles. Develop processes and materials for global program rollouts. Manage vendor relationships and budgets. Advise on business partnerships and initiatives. Create an environment encouraging innovation and smart risk-taking. Organize events like onboarding, hackathons, and demos to boost morale and collaboration across teams. Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in Software Development, Instructional Design, Program Management, or related fields, or equivalent experience with strong technical aptitude.
