Job Description

Summary

HSHS is currently searching for a seasoned recruitment manager to lead our central Illinois recruitment team. This role is responsible for leading a team of remote healthcare recruitment professionals based throughout Illinois that support the hiring needs for 5 of our hospitals located in or around Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing nurse and clinical support recruitment for acute care settings in a high volume fast paced environment.

This role serves as a strategic partner to our hospital leadership, hiring leaders, and human resources teams. This leader must be comfortable working in data driven metrics-based environment and is comfortable with high level of performance transparency. HSHS is a matrixed environment, ability to successfully leverage resources to achieve effective sourcing, branding and attraction, selection and hiring of high-quality diverse talent across the organization.

Role Highlights:

*Remote position, must live within reasonable commuting distance to Springfield, IL as routine onsite presence is required

*Lead team of remote based healthcare recruiters

*Lead full cycle talent acquisition efforts supporting five of our hospitals in/near Springfield IL

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of recruitment, talent sourcing or other related Human Resources experiences may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience

3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience is required.

3-5 years of experience using applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.

Healthcare industry experience is required. 5 years of successful experience recruiting top talent for "best-in-class" organizations or related experience is required.

(This experience is in addition to the experience required in lieu of bachelor's degree requirement.)
